Arleen Rodriguez-Jacoby, LCSW

Arleen is a bilingual, licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience in child welfare; this experience includes roles in both public child welfare systems and non-profit agencies. Arleen’s work is focused on addressing, cultural competence, and racial equity. She has vast and diverse expertise in working with child welfare professionals, individuals, and families of color impacted by racial inequity and trauma. Arleen is committed to supporting agencies in developing their awareness and competence around these very important areas that thread through child welfare.

Alma Garcia, LSW

Alma dedicated her career to addressing racial equity and institutional racism as well as transforming nonprofit organizations and systems; including progress in the cultural competence spectrum. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and is a Licensed Social Worker. With over 25 years of experience, her approach is tailored to the individual client as well as strength-based and solution-focused; while challenging to provoke movement aligned with specific goals. Alma will work with clients who are ready to welcome deep self-exploration, awareness, and change.
